Indoctrinated into design, there’s always been an exposure to process, style, artistry and precision. Born and raised in the midwest to parents working in commercial architecture & interiors, opportunities to visit furniture showrooms, job sites, material libraries, amounted to a growing desire to learn how things were made. There’s always been a deeply rooted fascination with repair and the process of making, manifested through disassembling a great-grandfather’s Illinois pocket watch to 20+ years of scale model building. A proclaimed jack-of-all-trades, there’re never one too many hobbies or interests; each building off one another where the end goal is being just a little dangerous in conversations on discovering & making ideas tangible.
